Glenmorangie Calvados Cask Finish Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky｜ Other Products

Glenmorangie Calvados Cask Finish is a limited edition from the Tain distillery's Barrel Select series, marrying Highland single malt with casks that previously held Calvados, the apple brandy of Normandy. Created by Dr. Bill Lumsden, the whisky maker who pioneered cask finishing in Scotch, it draws on Glenmorangie's famously delicate spirit, distilled since 1843 in the tallest stills in Scotland. After years in American white oak bourbon casks, the whisky is finished in hand-selected ex-Calvados casks. Bottled at 92 proof, it offers ripe orchard fruit, delicate florals and sweet spice on the nose, then a beautifully balanced palate of crisp apple, creamy vanilla, honey and subtle oak, finishing long with a warm, satisfying glow. It is a natural for autumn sipping, pairs beautifully with apple desserts and aged cheese, and makes a thoughtful gift for a Glenmorangie fan who has tried the core range.Buy Glenmorangie Calvados Cask Finish Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
